This is an Online Simulcast Auction.  Online Bidding Starts: May 10, 2023 at 9amCST
Simulcast Bidding Begins: June 5, 2023 At 10:00AM CST 

Payment: Invoices up to  $10,000 must be paid by Cash, Bank check or Wire Transfer . All invoices over $10,000 must be paid by Bank Wire Only.  All Transactions And Wire Transfers must be made by Friday, June 9th at 12:00pm Noon.
Pickup will be in McMinnville, TN and Altamont, TN from 10am-4pm CST. Link to schedule appointment for pickup will be sent on winning invoice.

Inspection: All Equipment in this sale can be inspected by appointment only. 

Auctioneer Note: Most of this equipment is still on the job where you can see it in operation. We highly recommend to see the machinery in action to realize their true value. This is a rare opportunity to have a chance to buy high quality forestry equipment. 

Removal Assistance: All items in this auction may be picked up once Lusk Auctions has received and acknowledged payment in full. Bidders are responsible for rigging, loading, and moving all items purchased without assistance from Lusk Auctions. Any items not removed by the pickup deadline will be considered abandoned property and will be resold.

If someone other than you is picking up your auction purchases, please notify Jared at 931-235-1234 so that we can release your items to your authorized agent.

Sales Tax:
Lusk Auctions will not collect sales tax on items in this auction
Bidding disputes will be settled by the sole discretion of the Auctioneer and Auctioneer may put the disputed lot up for sale again to be sold to the highest bidder of the disputing parties.  The Auctioneers decision is final.

Titles: Titles will be sent out within 14 business days after payment in full via certified mail. There will be a $10 fee for every piece of equipment purchased with a title.
